Group Development Services was engaged to deliver the full end-to-end planning, survey and civil design for this residential subdivision at Long Beach, NSW — marketed by Vantage Group, a unique 68-lot coastal community within walking distance to the beach, in a location that will never see a development like this again.

The Development Application was approved by Eurobodalla Shire Council in 2011. GDS led the Subdivision Works Certificate (SWC) approval and the civil works commencement on-site in late 2025, expected to be delivered by the end of 2026.

The subdivision is delivered across 7 stages totalling 68 lots, with all stages progressing simultaneously to accelerate delivery.
