GDS led the planning, design, and approvals process for a 44-lot residential subdivision. We secured both DA and SWC approvals while coordinating all specialist consultants and delivering the complete civil design package.
Construction is now set to commence under GDS’s ongoing superintendent and contract administration oversight.
