GDS is the Project Manager, Civil Engineer and Superintendent for a 45-lot residential subdivision at 209 Crown Street, Grantham Farm.

We successfully delivered the Development Application and are now finalising the Subdivision Works Certificate, with construction imminent.

GDS has coordinated all consultants and delivered the complete civil design package, positioning the project for seamless transition into construction.
