About the Project

GDS was responsible for the feasibility and cost assessment of this development. The services we provided:

• General planning support and engineering design review
• Project management including the coordination of the design team and sub-consultants
• Civil contracts administration, superintendency and construction management
• Coordination with council to achieve approvals for Development Applications, Consent Modifications, Construction Certificates and Subdivision Certificates.
