Planning
Our Planning team have extensive knowledge and experience in both the public and private sector of development. Our problem-solving abilities help us deliver strategic and statutory planning needs to take your development proposal from concept to approval. We enjoy a challenge and Planning is integral to our projects.
Project Management
Group Development Services’ competent Project Managers come from a diverse range of fields enabling them to navigate and overcome a plethora of challenges. Our Project Management team is efficient in coordinating with shareholders, engaging consultants and managing contractors through the life of a project. Our Project Managers work closely with our clients to ensure their expectations are always met.
Engineering
Our Engineering department could be considered the Engine room of the company. Comprising of an experienced team of Civil Engineers, designers and drafters who are up to speed with local design standards and requirements. Our team have a depth of experience providing value Engineering solutions for all design elements including bulk earthworks, stormwater drainage, road design and water quality and quantity solutions.
Surveying
Our in-house Surveyor ensures complete control of the overall process from end to end. Our survey services include topographic detailed surveys, boundary redefinition, DA surveys, Cadastral surveys, WAE surveys, section 88B instruments and anything else you might need for the registration of your lots.
