The works at 133 Ingleburn Road, Leppington comprised the subdivision and associated civil construction works approved under Development Consent DA 2022/1049/1. The completed development included the remediation of contaminated land and subdivision creating twenty‑one (21) Torrens Title residential lots and four (4) residue lots.
